Advent CSS Limited provides a quality hands-on service to clients from all sectors, utilising their combined managerial experience of over 60 years. The company presently have two NEBOSH level 3 certificates in health & safety.

We are flexible employers and, common to all construction sectors, the size of our workforce fluctuates, sometimes on a weekly basis. Presently we have five long-serving direct employees but we have had as many as twelve at one stage to service secured contract work, utilising the services of trusted subcontractors when necessary.

Monitoring work trends we know that refurbishment is presently taking precedence to new build and to capitalise on this, and to complement our client services, we have a close working relationship with Peter Wade Consultancy (http://www.peterwadeconsultancy.co.uk/home) and by utilising their structural and architectural design expertise together we can offer the full design, build and turnkey experience.

We can say honestly ‘what you see is what you get’: from the start of any enquiry we use simple key performance indicators and clear dialogue, turn up when we say we are going to, carry out the works to a quality surpassing the standards of many competitors and we continue dialogue with an open book ethos until completion of the works, thus avoiding nasty surprises on completion of the works.

Word of mouth recommendations from clients have been the key to our success and references can be provided easily should they be required. Irrespective of workload we will work 7 days a week, 365 days a year but our normal working hours are from 7 am until 5 pm from Monday to Friday arranged in agreement with clients.
