We provide dedicated services to a service to a number of Blue Chip clients including Priority Sites and Knight Frank and a number of local authorities in South Yorkshire and the West Yorkshire Fire Authority. Our quick response service ensures action within 4 hours from notification.
Refurbishment
Our experience in this field is second to none enabling sympathetic refurbishment schemes to enhance existing dwellings and commercial properties. Drawing on the expertise of our time served tradesmen and supervisory staff and with the assistance of our carefully selected architectural consultants we are able to offer imaginative and practical alternatives to realise the full potential of our clients’ premises and facilities.
Partnering Agreements
Development budgets are restricted by increases in land costs but we can provide solutions with selected member partnerships. Initiatives involve our partners providing a suitable portion of land, we manage the build and, after the costs have been deducted from sales, profits are then apportioned equally between the members of the partnership.
New build, extensions and self build
We will willingly tender for and execute works for prestigious, stand alone house developments, large or small extension schemes but, unlike many, we are prepared to assist the self build market. Clients eager to develop their own bespoke dwellings often lack the necessary construction skills but the flexibility that we can offer allows us to assist with as much of the basic shell as required which then allows them to complete the scheme, placing their ‘own stamp’ on it.
Task specific projects
We can play our part to complete individual elements within other larger projects. Our in house staff and selected sub-contract operatives can be relied upon to complete all work to the highest level of quality and within timely parameters.
Project management
The expertise of our management team, fully conversant with all aspects of industrial, residential and commercial construction techniques, allows us to project manage successfully varying sized schemes. We insist on the use of quality products and materials whilst keeping within cost constraints and we regularly advise on the use of alternative products that will achieve higher performance levels than originally specified to produce imaginative but cost effective and practical solutions.
